The decision to start operating in the industrial automation sector was preceded by solid market planning and analysis. Favorable economic conditions and numerous positive signals from potential customers encouraged the owners to make their dream come true.

The year 2012 brought the first comprehensive project consisting of designing and implementing a control system. Interestingly, it was an international project. The design stage and testing took place in Poland, while the installation took place in South Korea.

The success of the first project resulted in the company receiving further work orders from the Investor. The projects were applied in the food and beverage industry. Another two machines with the control systems created by RCE got successively to the United Kingdom and the United States. Speaking about the latter project, it was crucial to obtain a UL certificate, allowing the machines to be imported from Europe to the USA. The company hired its first employees and recruited interns during summer break.

Another sector in which RCE carried out projects was the construction industry. The project consisted in modernizing a production line manufacturing prefabricated building components.

The company also added to its portfolio a new family of PLC controllers used in conducted projects.

Thorough planning of further actions made the company hire more employees for more and more new projects. RCE carried out projects in further industry sectors.

The year 2016 began with the implementation of an innovative project in the food and bevearge industry. RCE in cooperation with a Client has created a production line for a recognizable product. First in Poland and one of the few in Europe. We are also setting up a mechanical workshop which allows us to expand the portfolio of offered services by mechanical projects. 2016 was also a year full of large projects. Starting up and programming three manufacturing machines and modernizing several more.

The company already employs over a dozen employees. It has an office and a workshop in Piła and a field office in Poznań. RCE employs designers, programmers, electricians, mechanics and a constructor. It carries out several projects a year, building, installing and modifying dozens of machines and technological lines. We wrote thousands of lines of program code and drank litres of coffee in front of the computers. Even so, we are still close to the place where products are created – the production hall. We observe machines operation, share knowledge and participate in trainings. Our experience and knowledge gained thanks to already implemented investments allow us to offer Customers solutions streamlining their machinery parks.
